Terms & Conditions

1. Booking
Booking may be made by telephone, fax, email or by the online booking system. A deposit is not required, however, a credit card number will guarantee your booking. We accept cash / travellers cheques in sterling, debit cards and credit cards. We do not accept payment by cheques any more.

2. Cancellations / Modifications
A. All cancellations and mofications must be done via the online booking system.
B. Less than 24 hours of cancellation incurs a cost of one nights stay.

3. Check in/Check out
Check in is from 2pm. Guests may leave their baggage and wait in the premises if necessary but there is a policy of no access to rooms till 2pm. Check out is by 11am.

4. Damage to hotel property/loss of keys
Any charges incurred for damage to hotel property or for loss of keys must be settled at reception prior to departure.
