Due to the 24 hour nature of our service we require a variety of staff to work all kinds of shift patterns. We aim to be flexible to our staff and will consider working patterns to suit their needs and commitments.We aim not only to recruit valuable staff but to retain and reward them for their efforts and contribution to McLays Guest House.
